J. Lewis Dillman, Director, President
- Mr. Dillman holds a Masters degree in International Affairs from Columbia University
located in New York, USA with a specialization in international banking and finance.
He has extensive contact in the U.S. and Canadian oil and gas producing industry as well
as financial communities, as well as over 20 years experience in successfully managing
private and public oil and gas companies.
- Mr. Dillman was a funding director of Mountain View Energy from January 2001 to June,
2002 and Abington Ventures Inc. from June, 1999 to present, both companies listed as
oil and gas producers on the TSX Venture Exchange.
- Mr. Dillman has been an executive with Abington Ventures Inc.and Western Eagle Resource Corp. Both companies have active oil and gas
interests. Mr. Dillman is on Abenteuer's Audit Committee.

Sean McGrath, Director, CFO
- Mr. McGrath is a professional accountant who has spent the last eleven years providing financial
management services to publicly traded companies, with emphasis on junior mineral exploration and oil
and gas exploration companies.
- Additionally, he is a Director of AMI Resources Inc and Hidefield Gold PLC, as well as, Chief Financial
Officer of Columbus Gold Corp and Empire Mining.
- Mr McGrath ia a member of Abenteuer's Audit Committee.

Jamie A. Lewin, Director,
- Mr. Lewin holds a LLB from Laval University in Quebec City, a Masters degree in Business Administration
(MBA),with a specialization in financial management, from City University, which is located in Bellevue, WA, USA
and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). He has more than 15 years experience in accounting
and finance for private and public companies, which include a listed brokerage firm and two
listed resource exploration corporations.
- Mr. Lewin has served on the Boards of two NPO's, in Treasury and Fund Development functions,
and is a member of the Vancouver Art Gallery.
- He is is a member of Abenteuer's Audit Committee, is CFO of Lucky Minerals Inc.and
Grand Peak Capital Corp and and is the owner of Best Fit Consulting.

David Parry, Director
- Mr. Parry is involved in a number of private energy companies in the Middle East and Russia
and as a Director of Transeuro Energy Corp.was instrumental in the initial asset acquisition and
financing of the Company's projects in the international energy market.
- Mr. Parry is a member of Abenteuer's Audit Committee.

Stephen Polakoff, Director
- Mr. Polakoff is a lawyer, who is an active member of the New York State Bar. He received his Juris Doctorate
from Georgetown University, Law School, in Washington DC.
- Additionally, he is a Director of High River Gold on the TSX and, as well is, General Counsel with the Integra
Group in Moscow, Russian Federation.
- Mr Polakoff was Head of the Legal Department at the Deutsche in Moscow, before joining Integra.

Steven Soboleewski, Barrister & Solicitor, Secretary
- Mr. Sobolewski is a graduate of UBC Law School, who has many years
experience in the practice of Law in the City of Vancouver.
- Mr. Sobolewski has been a Director of Amtronics Enterprises Ltd., Heritage Explorations Ltd.,
Mountainview Energy Ltd., Thundelarra Exploration Ltd. and Zappa Resources Ltd.
- Mr. Sobolewski has been Secretary to the Board of Directors of Aldershot Resources Ltd.,
and Thundelarra Exploration Ltd.
